Our Turkey Holiday

A little late in writing this entry, but once again we had a very good holiday with Traveleyes. We had a week in Turkey, staying in a small town called Kas. The weather was fabulous, even warm enough to sit outside in the evenings which was great for the beginning of October.

We had a very diverse group of travellers, including two Americans and one New Zealander. Ages ranged from 23 to 78.

My one criticism of the holiday is that some of the walks we went on were incredibly tough and I believe we should have been warned more fully about them as I didn’t really have the correct clothing. My advice would be to check the itinerary if you’re at all worried when booking. I’d still definitely use Traveleyes again.

My lasting memories of the holiday are good laughs, warm, blue sea and delicious food.

About Mel Griffiths

I live and work in Nottingham, England and am blind. This blog is often centred around things that happen to me because of being blind. This is my space to write and sometimes people will disagree with what I write, but its the one place I have in which to be frank and honest. I also like to reflect on the funnier side of life from time to time.
