Ok, I know its boring, but I need to keep a record from now on I feel, of when assistance is not forthcoming on trains, even though it has been booked. One day I’d like to complain big timebut I really don’t know who to.
Anyway, in summary, A journey from Nottingham to Blackpool on Friday 30th May. Assistance was there when I got off the train at Manchester Piccadilly, but by the time my train came in, there was no one to assist me on it.
Returning today no assistance whatsoever at Manchester Piccadilly. They had no record of my journey. When talking to a member of staff at Nottingham, I discovered that my journey had been booked, although I was down as changing at Manchester Oxford Road. Funny that, as the person at Journey Care had specifically advised me not to change there as there would be no assistance, but then booked me there.
For a laugh maybe?
This is all getting so boring and I really don’t know what the solution is.
