French and Saunders, farewell tour

Went to see French and Saunders at the Nottingham Royal Concert Hall last week. Very glad I did as it is their farewell tour which I hadn’t realised.

They were excellent, as funny as ever, doing some well known sketches from their previous shows such as Absolutely Fabulous and the Vicar of Dibbley, as well as some very funny links between sketches.

The help we received in the Concert Hall with regard to finding our seats and help with buying ice cream in the interval was second to none. The lady concerned couldn’t have done more for us which made us feel very comfortable and at ease.

About Mel Griffiths

I live and work in Nottingham, England and am blind. This blog is often centred around things that happen to me because of being blind. This is my space to write and sometimes people will disagree with what I write, but its the one place I have in which to be frank and honest. I also like to reflect on the funnier side of life from time to time.
