Stress

Stress is the feeling of mental confusion arising when the mind over-rules the body which badly wants to beat the crap out of some asshole.

The asshole in question is my partner’s mother. It seems that what she wants, she gets.

My partner is moving today and I wasn’t allowed to go as she wanted to be there and there isn’t room in the van for both of us.

So, she’s there, not lifting a finger as far as I can gather. The move is taking much longer than expected. I’m here, with the willingness and strength to help but that’s not possible.

So, if I don’t write this down in my LJ, I’ll take it out on my partner later.

God, don’t you just hate families.

About Mel Griffiths

I live and work in Nottingham, England and am blind. This blog is often centred around things that happen to me because of being blind. This is my space to write and sometimes people will disagree with what I write, but its the one place I have in which to be frank and honest. I also like to reflect on the funnier side of life from time to time.
